Budget Basement with Bathroom and Laundry Room

Exemplar Carpentry started by painting the exterior concrete formed basement walls, floor joists, and mechanicals in the ceiling to eliminate framing and ceiling costs. We built new walls for the laundry room and half bath. We installed new drywall, a vanity cabinet, and added a toilet to the half bath. The walls were then framed, primed, painted, and trimmed to complete the project.
