Kitchen & Dining Room Renovation in A2

This Ann Arbor renovation started with a complete demolition down to the subfloor and 2x4 wall studs. The wall dividing the kitchen and dining room was removed and updates to the electrical and plumbing performed, bringing the entire space up to current building codes. New Insulation was added prior to drywalling. Tile flooring and backsplashes were meticulously installed and lighting was placed under the newly installed Ikea cabinets. Pre-primed pine finish trim was placed around the room. Finally, Sherwin-Williams Duration paint was applied to all of the walls and ceilings and all appliances were relocated and installed.
