Kitchen Renovation in Ann Arbor

This kitchen in Ann Arbor was for a longtime client of Exemplar Carpentry. We started by moving all of the mechanicals in the room to accommodate the energy needs for the new appliance locations. We then created two new openings and windows and removed a load-bearing wall that was replaced with a beam. We installed and finished the hardwood floors creating a perfect match for the existing flooring. The framing was updated and drywall was hung and finished. The room was primed and painted with Sherwin-Williams products. The trim and a marble subway tiled backsplash was added to finish the project.
